Mill Street with our collaborating partners, provide many different options for remodeling your kitchen or bath. 

OPTION 1 - COUNTER TOP REPLACE - This can really make a kitchen look new and modern! We can also refinish your cabinets. Many of our clients choose option 1, as it is the least expensive option, yet goes a long way in changing the appearance of the kitchen. Add a custom tile backsplash and it really transforms the kitchen.

OPTION 2 - REFACE CABINETS - The option is to keep your cabinet boxes, and add new drawer and door fronts. Then of course, add new counters, sink, faucet, hardware, and add backsplash if desired, to get the very closest thing to a new kitchen. Like option 1, if you have stained cabinets we can paint the frames to match the new drawer and door fronts. 

OPTION 3 - KITCHEN UPDATE  - With this option we replace everything but keep the same layout for the most part. This is considered a full kitchen remodel. 

OPTION 4 - KITCHEN RECONFIGURE - With this option, you are not only replacing everything but changing the kitchen layout in a significant manner but without moving walls.

OPTION 5 - SPACE MODIFICATION - This is the option that makes your kitchen bigger than it is, by either moving walls and taking space from other rooms, or adding on to the home. 

OPTION 1 - NEW VANITY - This is the simplest option. We replace your vanity and possibly add a tile backsplash, possibly paint the walls.

OPTION 2 - NEW SHOWER - With this option you want to replace your shower only. Possibly you want to replace a tub with a shower, or enlarge the one you have. 

OPTION 3 - FULL REPLACE AS IS LOCATED- With this option we replace the whole bathroom but all plumbing and electrical fixtures remain in same location. 

OPTION 4 - FULL BATH RECONFIGURE - In this option, you want a full bath remodel and you want to reconfigure where fixtures are located in your bathroom to make it more functional. 

OPTION 5 - SPACE MODIFICATION - In this option, your bathroom footprint is too small. You need more space! So either you take space from adjoining areas, or you add on to the home, or both!
