Due to the effect of inflation, and the sticker shock it causes so many clients, we have provided a price spectrum that you can review. Keep in mind, this is a ball park, with each job having its own unique aspects. 

Below are the 5 main options that are most common. If you are a DIY that just needs to buy products, these prices are not relevant to you.

OPTION 1 - COUNTER TOP REPLACE - Many clients want to keep their cabinets, and just update by changing counters, hardware, sink, faucet, and possibly add a mosaic backsplash. 

This can really make a kitchen look new and modern! We can also refinish your cabinets. Many of our clients choose option 1, as it is the least expensive option, yet goes a long way in changing the appearance of the kitchen. Schedule a measure, message us, or come in the store with your own measurements for a free quote! Pricing - Small & Economical 4 to 6k. Average kitchen 7 to 11k. 

OPTION 2 - REFACE CABINETS - The next bump up is to keep your cabinet boxes, and add new drawer and door fronts. Then of course, add new counters, sink, faucet, hardware, and add backsplash if desired, to get the very closest thing to a new kitchen. Like option 1, if you have stained cabinets we can paint the frames to match the new drawer and door fronts. Schedule an in home measure, or message us, or come in the store with your measurements to get a free quote. Pricing - Small & Economical 11 to 15k - Average kitchen - 16 to 22k

OPTION 3 - KITCHEN UPDATE  - If you want your kitchen layout to remain the same, but get new everything, we can give you a free quote if you take the measurements yourself, and send them to us, or stop by the store. Price will be based on your measurements and subject to change. Or we can come to your home and measure to insure accuracy.  Schedule an in home measure. Pricing - Small & Economical 15 to 19k - Average kitchen - 36 to 40k

OPTION 4 - KITCHEN RECONFIGURE - YOU WANT A NEW KITCHEN DESIGN ENTIRELY - This option can be done a few different ways. You can either bring in or email your own measurements and basic idea and we can provide a free basic cabinet layout, or for a more precise and professional result we would require a design contract which varies based on each job. That cost would then be deducted from your cabinet purchase! Please call to inquire or set up a free in store or schedule an in home remodeling consultation. Pricing - Small & Economical 16 to 20k - Average kitchen - 38 to 49k

OPTION 5 - SPACE MODIFICATION - YOU WANT ALL OF OPTION, 4 PLUS YOU NEED MORE SPACE. In this option, your kitchen footprint is too small. You need more space! So, either you steal space from adjoining areas, or you add on to the home, or both! This obviously requires a general contractor, unless you DIY the job yourself. MSK&B can work with you by getting you connected to those services, or collaborating with you as you act as your own general contractor! If you don't want to DIY, then we can seamlessly connect you to a general contractor to make it happen. As for pricing, since adding on and or moving walls creates too many unknowns to speculate on, we can't give a pricing spectrum, however the starting point would be Option 4 pricing, then adding on the costs of modifying the space. 

First of all, if you utilize Wet Wall panels, the cost of your bath remodel will be slightly lower than the below spectrum. One of our clients before they found us had their tub replaced with a walk in shower, a cheap vinyl base and walls with a new shower fixture, but with no glass door. They used one of the nationwide companies you see on tv every day. That company charged them over 12k dollars for just a vinyl shower that didn't even come with a glass door! We would have been 4k less! Don't waste your time with those big nation wide companies that you see on the tv all the time. They are a rip off! 

OPTION 1 - NEW VANITY - We will install any vanity/counter and connect it for you. Starting pricing is around 2500 to remove an existing vanity completely and then completely replace it with all new components. 

OPTION 2 - NEW SHOWER - A Wilson Art Wet Wall shower going over existing tile can be as little as 4k. That is the starting point. A typical gut and replace shower with all tile starts around 10k. Pricing goes up or down depending on shower floor style, glass or no glass, and type of glass whether a store bought kit or custom cut. Other pricing factors are cost of tile, number of niches or benches if any, and number and cost of fixtures.

OPTION 3 - FULL REPLACE AS IS LOCATED- YOU WANT NEW EVERYTHING - The average full bath is around 17k. The average master bath is around 30k, assuming there is a nice tile walk in shower with benches, dual shower heads, dual sinks, etc. 

OPTION 4 - FULL BATH RECONFIGURE - YOU WANT A NEW EVERYTHING INCLUDING LAYOUT - This pricing will obviously be more than Option 3. Unfortunately, the moving of plumbing can be inexpensive in some, and expensive in others. Typically you can expect to add on 5k or more, depending on how complicated the plumbing situation is. Sometimes structural modification is required to accommodate the move.

OPTION 5 - SPACE MODIFICATION - YOU WANT ALL OF OPTION 4 PLUS YOU NEED MORE SPACE. In this option, your bathroom footprint is too small. You need more space! As for pricing, since adding on and or moving walls creates too many unknowns to speculate on, we can't give a pricing spectrum. 

Installation pricing starts at 3$ a square foot and goes up depending on type of flooring, existing conditions, and size of job. You can save money by doing demo yourself. For a detailed price, you would have to send us your measurements with some photos of the spaces, as well as let us know what kind of floor you want. We can provide a preliminary quote that is subject to site inspection. In order to recieve a binding quote, you would have to come into the store to buy flooring, or schedule an in home measure.

We have many luxury vinyl brands, that we can sell at 1k square feet quantities or higher, at a price the big box cant touch, unless its a clearance item. We will not match big box close out or clearance pricing.
